About Ag Leadership

Ag Leadership is focused on promoting agriculture to the college, community, and other stakeholders. Club members engage in a variety of leadership development and service events, with multiple opportunities to travel across the state promoting Butte College and the agriculture industry. Many students with FFA backgrounds find the club as a place to call home during their time at Butte College. What’s more, even students without an agriculture background speak highly of their experience in the club. Examples of major club events include:

• Butte College/Chico State FFA Field Day
• Collegiate Agriculture Leaders Spring Competition
• Gridley FFA Field Day
• State Ag Ambassadors Conference
• State FFA Conference
• Superior Region FFA LDE Finals
